The ones that started it all!
The whole reason I learned to knit was just for this pattern.
Maybe someday I'll get around
to making it!

Mexican Bell Sleeve

Why is this Mexican? I have no idea, but the magazine (from 1966) says that it is, so for the time being, I'll go along with it.

All in gold and tangerine seed stitch except for the trim on the collar and sleeves which is crochet.

Far out asymetrical hair-do too, don't ya think?

Comments:
Great site! I love vintage patterns - even the pictures can tell you so much. If only I could knit clothing bigger than a mitten or a hat! **still trying**

* Patern Copies - I actually have most of the patterns for the clothing shown here, but due to copyright laws, I cannot copy/scan/post any of them. Please don't ask. However, I will be happy to let you know the name and details of the magazine or book it came from
and perhaps you can locate it through an antique store or online.
